China's bullying tactics - 5 - India

I hope to be wrong, but it seems that China is desperately looking for a fight with India. A few months ago, the Chinese started claiming that Arunachal Pradesh is their territory, and India's own Prime Minister and His Holiness the Dalai Lama should not go there....?

Now they are starting to show Kashmir as an independent state and treating Kashmir as an independent nation. Phalyul.org reports on Oct.20:

Besides issuing separate visas to Indian passport holders from Jammu and Kashmir State China is now projecting Kashmir as an independent country on maps, media kits and tourist information brochures.

When will the Chinese ever be really concerned about saving face, and stop being every neighbor's pain in the *ss?
