In an amazingly clear move, China now wants to forbid His Holiness the Dalai Lama to travel to western countries!
By the way, they recently also do not want him to visit Taiwan or even Arunachal Pradesh in India as you can see in previous posts here.... So perhaps His Holiness should not even leave his residence?
As Phalyul reports on October 22 in China sets three conditions for resumption of talks with Dalai Lama's envoys;
The Dalai Lama should stop travelling to the west as it jeopardizes China’s friendly relations with other countries, Zhu said, accusing the Tibetan leader of engaging in political activities in those countries.
This is not paranoia anymore, this is outright mentally disturbed!

The good news is that China does not only bully other countries about the Dalai Lama. The bad news is that they bully just about everyone on everything.
China criticises Japan over Uighur exile visit

BEIJING - China chastised Japan on Monday for allowing a visit by an exiled Uighur activist who Beijing condemns as a separatist, opening a small crack of discord with Japan's recently elected government.
It seems that China is full of separatists and splittists that are all supported by just about all foreign countries. I wonder what the Chinese word for paranoia is?

I hope to be wrong, but it seems that China is desperately looking for a fight with India. A few months ago, the Chinese started claiming that Arunachal Pradesh is their territory, and India's own Prime Minister and His Holiness the Dalai Lama should not go there....?
Now they are starting to show Kashmir as an independent state and treating Kashmir as an independent nation. Phalyul.org reports on Oct.20:
Besides issuing separate visas to Indian passport holders from Jammu and Kashmir State China is now projecting Kashmir as an independent country on maps, media kits and tourist information brochures.
When will the Chinese ever be really concerned about saving face, and stop being every neighbor's pain in the *ss?

Nepal asks China for Beijing-Lhasa railway extension till Kathmandu
Dharamsala, October 12: Prime Minister of Nepal, Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, has urged China for extending the Beijing-Lhasa railway line till Kathmandu, PTI reported.
As Beijing marked the 60th anniversary of Communist rule last week, police in Nepal quietly rounded up dozens of Tibetan exiles they said were suspected of planning to hold anti-China protests here. (AFP/File/Prakash Mathema) The report indicated that the new demand could have strategic geopolitical implications for India.
...In return, the Nepalese Prime Minister has assured not to allow any anti-China activity from its soil.
Whereas China has left Maoism behind a long time ago, the Maoist in Nepal are growing and growing in influence. Stuck in the middle are the Tibetan refugees. I wonder when the Chinese will come up with a story that Nepal was China all along in history...

OK, I'll admit it, I'm an Obama fan, his attitude is so much more positive then the retard who held the office 8 years before him...
His Holiness congratulates Obama, and in his letter to Obama it reads (from Phalyul.org on Otober 10, 2009):

China on Friday warned members of the US Congress to 'stop using the Tibet issue' to meddle in Beijing's domestic politics, after top US lawmakers gave a human rights award to the Dalai Lama.
Ummm... since when is a human rights award by US lawmakers an internal affair of China? Which part of the US is now claimed to be Chinese territory?
